Blogger Shares Inspirational Story on Her Plus-size Swimwear

You might agree with me that often when you want to try something new, you feel a little nervous and at times, the experience might be a bit weird. But, again trying a new thing may be that stepping stone you need to great things and experiences in your life. Sarah Sapora, a wellness blogger, shares her story about the last time she wore plus size swimwear and how that changed her wellness journey.

Sarah Sapora, 38, shares her story on her plus size wellness blog. She says that she first wore a plus size bathing suit at a fat camp when she was 13 but it was a long time before she attempted to wear one again.

Sapora says that now, she is at a point in her where she has a lot of love for herself and her body, and she seeks to share the confidence she has with the world, and particularly, people striving to achieve self-confidence. The plus-size wellness blogger was recently seen in her plus size swimwear taking photos on a Malibu beach with her model friend.

She posted a plus-size bikini photo on her Instagram page and shared her sentiments, saying that she is now, at size 22, more comfortable, more balanced, and more joyful than she ever been. She says that her plus-size bikini photo was the stepping stone she needed to her wellness journey. The photo shoot also helped her to celebrate one year of commitment to a healthy lifestyle and her happiness.

The wellness blogger goes on to say that for the past year, she has become more mobile and excited besides also growing stronger. These days, she says, she regularly meditates positively about her life. Her perspective of her life and body has changed altogether.

Sapora, who has since lost 74 pounds says that she is not chasing the numbers and that her intention is not all about losing weight. All she wants is a more balanced and happier life, and thus her life is not about the numbers or weight loss.

However, the wellness blogger points out that she chooses her food carefully and exercises regularly. She notes that she these two lifestyle habits are out of her self-respect and not a form of self-punishment. Sapora says she often feels better and more physically fit when she treats herself with self-respect through exercising and eating well-balanced, healthy meals regularly.

When Sapora’s plus size swimwear photos appeared on her Instagram page, her fans praised her, and others even commented how she had impacted on her their lives. One woman said that Sapora was “an inspiration.” She proceeded to mention that Sapora had really made her day and she had found the motivation to stay on her journey of looking for self-love and self-confidence.

The blogger says that such reactions from her fans are the reason she chose to do photo shoots, saying that every woman should keep in mind that she is okay just the way she is. She, however, mentions that occasionally, she receives negatives comments about her plus-size bikini photos. Hurting remarks and comments don’t make regret posting her pictures since it’s the internet and people are allowed to write what they want, whether it’s nice or not. Such negative remarks are more of a reflection of the person making the comments than they are about the posts.

No matter what kind of body you have, you deserve to feel good. The plus-size wellness blogger shares her life’s story openly without fearing about such reactions. She understands what is more important; she would rather listen to a 36-year-old lady who has lost self-self and the sense of self-worth than give in to negative criticism from some individuals. She knows that achieving self-love and confidence takes time. It doesn’t happen overnight.

Sapora emphasizes that people should love their bodies. She advises that one should start with self-confidence, and after achieving this, it is easy to achieve freedom from self-doubt. This is when you can overcome the feeling that you are not worthy, and then proceed to triumph.

Sapora also helps women who are struggling to overcome external and internal voices which tell them that they are not worthy. She shares knowledge that they can use to break free from these voices easily. She says that deciding to change and do things differently is the surest way one can experience new and unique things in their life. If you let people control how you feel about yourself, you will not feel any better.
